What is Giving Tuesday?
Giving Tuesday (#GivingTuesday) is a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, December 1, 2015, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world come together for a common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give. This will be the second year that The Coleman Foundation has invited Have Dreams to participate in its #GivingTuesday Matching Grants Program. The Coleman Foundation will generously offer a dollar-for-dollar match for donations, up to $15,000, received online on December 1 from donors who have previously not contributed to Have Dreams.
It’s a simple idea. Just find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more. Then tell everyone you can about how you are giving. Join us and be a part of a global celebration of a new tradition of generosity.
